At the close of the season, all members of the 12th Gold can look back on a successful and enjoyable season of rugby. Many thanks to all the boys and their parents for their co-operation and enthusiasm, especially as this was the first coaching experience for the three of us. The team finished the season with a very impressive record with only two losses recorded against us and a good number of our boys making representative honours.

This was achieved even though we had numerous injury problems towards the end of the season, which reflects the great spirit and determination that had grown within the team.

Special thanks must go to Mike Blanchfield and Win Tatana for their invaluable help throughout the season.

We wish all the boys well for teh next and succeeding years.
