At Northcote, we take your privacy seriously, and we are especially conscious that we have and maintain child data. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://northcoterugby.nz (the “Site”).

When you register to play or be a member of the Northcote Rugby Club, we are also required and act on behalf of the New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU). All membership data is passed onto and stored with the NZRU through their proxy, Sporty. We use this information to contact you and share some of this information with your assigned team management so they may contact you.
On the site, we use your Name, Year of birth, teams played for, and any award's won to show our club's history and acknowledge people and players. If you do not wish any of this information to be shown on our site, you can request that it be removed.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact details on this Site.
