What a fantastic season the under 9 girls rippa team has had. Everyone has had such a great time that we did not want the season to finish. It has not only been lots of fun, but it has been wonderful to see the girls’ skills, dedication, and enthusiasm for the game grow.

Every game the girls stepped onto the field this season they have always given their best, respected not only their own teammates but the opposition, and always showed unstoppable passion and joy for Rippa Rugby. For most of the team, this was their first season playing rippa, and it is fair to say that everyone is hooked and cannot wait to play again next year.

The support that the girls got from the sideline was also amazing, and it was through this wonderful support that a positive playing environment was created for the team, the referees, and the players themselves. There were always smiles, laughs and words of encouragement to be seen and heard.

Well done girls and bring on 2024.
