New-look coaching line-up for the Premiers.
We’re excited to unveil the new-look coaching lineup for our Harcourts Cooper & Co Bec Whitley Property Premier 1 team for 2026. The refreshed team combines continuity with fresh perspectives to drive development and success across our Prems squad.
- Mike Noble returns for another season, stepping into the role of Head Coach.
- Jarrod Firth joins the club as Forwards Coach
- Ben Searle takes on a coaching position as Backs Coach
- Richard Mason remains with us as Team Manager
There is still one coaching position open. The successful appointment will be announced in the new year.
Mike says he's looking forward to the upcoming season. "It's a new coaching group, and there's a lot of great young talent coming through looking to crack into the Premier 1 side. We under-achieved in 2025, so we'll be looking to rectify a few things and come back stronger in 2026."
