Frank played for the club from 1930-38, becoming treasurer after the war in 1946 and held that office for 13 years.

Frank was in the 1930 7th grade who were the first Northcote team to win a championship

He remained a committeeman from 1960-64 and was president from 1966-76. He served a further stint on the committee from 1977-79. His research was invaluable in the compilation of the clubs 75th-year jubilee book.
