Glenn was a Premier player moving between flanker and wing who went onto refereeing.

Glenn moved his way through as a Harbour Ref and onto NPC and internationals.
Glenn became a TMO in 2004, with more than 100 national provincial, Super Rugby and international test matches including Six Nations and continues to officiate at international matches around the world.
